| Chelsea Overway left her job as a head bank teller to pursue a career in Real Estate. Chelsea is Independence Title's junior processor and post closer. She has been with the company since early 2011. Chelsea has been described as having an incredible eye for detail. She is a team player who is extremely bright and has absorbed a great deal of knowledge about title and the industry in the short time she has been with us. Her main concern is to make each and every transaction as smooth as possible, always expertly tending to the details inherent in any successful real estate closing.

Alex Ray started with Independence Title in June of 2011. Alex comes to us with several years of insurance experience dealing with Title Companies, Mortgage Companies, Realtors and Insurance Agencies. Alex heads up our Post Closing Department. His main concern as with all of our staff is to make each and every transaction as smooth as possible, always expertly tending to the details inherent in any successful real estate closing.

| Rick Iacona is the Director of Business Development and is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive relationship strategy for our Title Insurance Company. He is responsible for the identification and realization of attractive growth and alliance opportunities. Rick works close with Realtors, mortgage brokers, investors, banks and other strategic partners. Rick also attends all of the local real estate investors meetings.
